Down Payment
A minimum of 5% of the purchase price saved up or gifted from an approved donor, for a down payment is acceptable. Purchasers who have sufficient income and good credit may qualify with less down but rates are adjusted. Self Employed Programs
Many excellent mortgage programs are specifically available for self-employed and commissioned individuals, that allow for high-ratio financing based on the applicants declared income. For clients with an established business, with good credit, financing up to 90% of the purchase price is available based on declared income.
